Alison Doody
Alison Doody is a Dublin native born to a rich family in Dublin the Irish city in 1966. She is the youngest child of three. She was educated at an abbey, and there she developed a love for the arts. In the following years, she was a student at in the National College of Fine Arts in Dublin but quit because she had a lack of motivation. It was her idea to go on a vacation in order to regain familiar with the area. While sitting with her friends in a restaurant, a photographer approached and asked if she wanted to become a model. Since she believed she could earn some extra cash from the business, she decided to accept. In no time, she began working professionally as a model. Modeling contract work led to commercials, and she travelled the globe. After seeing her work as an actor her work, she was urged to pursue modeling. The director sent her to London when she was 19 where she quickly won an audition to be part of the latest James Bond film, A View to a Kill (1985). Her love for acting was such that she considered pursuing a career this field. In the wake of her first feature, she shot a few TV productions both in London as well as in Dublin But her most memorable break came when she got chosen to play Aryan Seductress The Dr. Elsa Schneider in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989).
