Elizabeth Gillies

Gillies Acting career began around the age of 12 when she first began participating in local casting call open to the public. She quickly began appearing in commercials for companies such as Virgin Mobile. Gillies made her debut on television in a performance as a recurring character for three episodes of The Black Donnellys. Her parents wouldn't let her to see the full series because they felt the show was not appropriate for her. The year 2008 was a busy one for her she was cast in minor roles in The Clique, Harold, and Locker 514. Her role was announced in that summer in the role of Lucy as well as Ariana Grande, her co-star in Victorious, for Jason Robert Brown's musical 13. That same year, 13, that was the first Broadway musical entirely composed of teens, moved to Broadway. Gillies received the major songs "Opportunity," "It Can't Be True," and other smaller numbers like "Hey Kendra,"" "Getting Ready" and many more.
