Andrea Anders

Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and raised within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she currently lives in Los Angeles. She has graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 as well as the Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997. She earned her Master of Fine Arts in 2001 from Rutgers University. Anders was with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. They met on sets of Joey the show that ended in a sitcom. The director's brother is Sean Anders (Sex Drive, Never Been Thawed). Anders' career began in the theatre in 2001. She was a understudy of Mary Louise Parker in the Broadway production of Proof and later, she played her role as Elaine Robinson in The Graduate. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was performed in the Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film shows. Anders made her debut on stage in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse production. Fat Pig, which closed its doors on July 1, 2007, saw Anders in the role of Jeannie a accountant. Anders was first discovered on TV in the commercial for Dannon the show, which ran from 2006. She then appeared on the show in the 1990s. Anders is best known for her role as Nicole Allen in The Class. The character was the wife of an ex-footballer, Nicole Allen. Both series were cancelled, despite her appearance on every episode. Anders was a guest in One Life to Live as also Law & Order and Tru Calling. In 2003, she was Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made brief appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was in Numb3rs (2008). Anders played in two failed television pilots. Spellbound was one, and News To Me another. Anders most recently was cast as Better Off Ted by Victor Fresco, an ABC workplace comedy made with a single camera.
